EchoBD is an order-confirmation service for online stores in Bangladesh. When your store takes an order, EchoBD automatically calls the customer in Bangla, reads the order back to them, and asks them to press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel. The answer is written straight back to your store, so you stop paying to ship cash-on-delivery orders nobody meant to place.
Most stores send us their orders directly. Shops built on a platform we have no plugin for can instead let EchoBD read each order from their own order-confirmation page, using Google Tag Manager. That is optional, and it is the only reason we ask for access to your Google account.
You can withdraw either permission at any time, from your EchoBD dashboard or from your Google account. EchoBD’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
